Whistleblower Channel
Bamex's Whistleblower Channel is a confidential and secure means of communication, created so that employees, clients, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders can report situations that may represent misconduct or violations of the company's ethical principles.
This channel is intended for reporting suspicious situations or conduct that may involve harassment, discrimination, corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, money laundering, misconduct, inappropriate behavior or any other practice that conflicts with the Code of Ethics, internal policies, Bamex's values and applicable law.
Reports may be made anonymously or identified, according to the whistleblower's preference. All information received will be handled with seriousness, responsibility, confidentiality and impartiality.
Each report will be reviewed and, when necessary, forwarded for investigation by responsible and qualified professionals. If irregularities are found, appropriate corrective measures will be taken, observing internal procedures and current legislation.
Bamex does not tolerate any form of retaliation against people who, in good faith, file a report, provide information or cooperate with an investigation.
